In Matthew 6, Jesus provides a templet for what we should pray. One of the first requests that He wishes us to make is that God's kingdom would be set up on earth. In Genesis 3, Eden was lost because of sin and the story of the Bible is that the kingdom of God would be returned to earth and that sin and evil be annihilated and Satan would be defeated. The Bible informs us that the seven year tribulation and the second coming of Christ will do exactly that. So here is the question, what triggers the tribulation? The answer to that is the rapture of the church and that is what this lesson is about.
