In Romans 1-11, Paul shows how Jesus paid it all, securing eternal life to all who would by faith accept Him as Lord and Savior. So, what is the proper response to such a God who would give it all? The answer lies in the first verse of the second half of Romans 12-16. Since Jesus gave it all, we are to give it all. Romans 12.1a implores us based on all of God's mercies to present ourselves as a holy and living sacrifice. This sounds right and proper but what does it mean? There happens to be one story in the Bible where God calls a person to illustrate vividly what this means. This study will explore what it means to present your body a living and holy sacrifice and this one Bible character who did just that.
